felicitous UPS & Solar Day to all.
This
day unfolds as a confluence of two momentous milestones. We
assemble not merely to commemorate time elapsed, but to honour
continuity, constancy, and purpose. It is the twentieth observance
of UPS cum Solar Day, and concurrently, the thirty-third
presentation of the SD Awards, together marking a rare symmetry of
endurance and evolution.
Softdisk
today completes thirty-three years of SD Awards and sustained,
incisive industry analysis within the domain of power electronics.
In an arena where even the most refined machines are subject to
interruption, Softdisk has stood apart, recording an unbroken
continuum of zero downtime, a constancy unshaken even by the
global pandemic. Such has been the quiet momentum of this journey
that it scarcely feels as though decades have passed since we
first began to chronicle and interpret this industry.
Alongside
this, we celebrate the twentieth year of UPS cum Solar Day, a day
conceived with foresight, nurtured with conviction, and sustained
by collective belief.
This
evening therefore assumes a dual solemnity: it is both a
commemoration of the past and an affirmation of the future.
The
33rd SD Awards Presentation Ceremony stands as a testament to
unwavering momentum. As Softdisk advances, our analytical pursuits
aspire to ever greater altitude and depth. The encouragement,
engagement, and trust extended by the industry have been both
heartening and affirming, and it is with quiet confidence that we
look forward to its continued, organic growth.
This
gathering is not solely a celebration of Softdisk; it is a tribute
to the resilience, ingenuity, and progressive spirit of the
industry itself. UPS-cum-Solar Day was envisioned as a secular
observance unbound by creed or ritual akin to days that celebrate
universal human values. Its intent is simple yet profound: to
resonate widely and endure meaningfully.
I
urge each of you to carry this idea to your clients and
associates, to articulate the indispensable role of UPS systems
and the growing imperative of solar energy particularly in a
nation such as India, where solar power stands as a natural and
necessary response to climate change.
Much
has been achieved, yet the journey remains incomplete until every
UPS and Solar enterprise claims this day as its own. With time,
patience, and collective resolve, I am certain that UPS-cum-Solar
Day will assume greater prominence, deeper recognition, and wider
acceptance.
Slowly,
assuredly, it shall echo among the masses.

thus, the dawn shall continue to rise uninterrupted.
