The company netted revenues to the tune of 235.00 crores up from 138.00 crores it had netted in 2012-2013. Out of the total revenue of 235.00 crores 161.00 crores came thru sales of Online UPS systems making it the SD’s No. 2 Online UPS Company in the country.

Consul which recently changed itself to CONSUL NEOWATT POWER SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. Has acquired Megatech & Neowatt both Pune based companies, where as Megatech was known for its Solar capabilities while Neowatt is know for its UPS and customized offerings & import substitutions like static switches etc. & high-end import offerings of UPSs from Borri for power continuity solutions. This are new development in 2014, the results of which will be visible in coming years.Consul which started in 1985 has grown to be a leader in the field of power conditioning by manufacturing and exporting products like UPSs, Voltage Stabilizers, Isolation Transformers and Lighting Energy Conservers.
