A
very Happy 16th UPS cum SOLAR DAY to all of you.
Its
now over three decades since we have been watching & analyzing
the Power Electronic Industry. Over last 29 years have passed for
SD Awards & it still looks as if we have stared analyzing the
industry only a few years back. In fact we are in our 16th UPS CUM
SOLAR DAY Function and the 8th for Solar. It all started from the
From the marvelous sea beach resort of Mahabalipuram near Chennai
to Rustic Village Ambience of Surjivan, then we traveled to
Guhantara caves in Bangalore for the first time for a riveting
stone age experience. We went to Snow World, Hyderabad, Khandala
for ATI KYA KHANDALA theme. Bengaluru, though all the places were
very beautiful and unique, but Bangalore stands apart, may be not
must for place but for warmth of the people and connectivity &
availability of logistics. What I have earned, I don't know, but
certainly, I has earned the love of the industry. It was their
support which enabled to trave for digital croma shoot and come up
editing of video in my life, that too with limited resources at my
disposal. We at SOFTDISK are humbled by the response of Industry
friends.
This
is a big big day for Softdisk, as we are celebrating 29th SD
Awards Presentation Ceremony, And the momentum continues
uninterrupted. As we grow we hope that Softdisk Solar analysis
does equally well, which has already caught momentum. This is a
digital age we are adapting to it. First with our magazine going
digital, then our 2020 event, now this year it was full chrome
shoot, completely edited in-house and streamed on our
own newly created You Tube Channel SOFTDISK
INDIA.
Now we are a fully operational channel with capabilities for
digital interviews, Talk Shows, Webinars and can also launch your
new products on our platform. I take this opportunity to request
your support for SOFTDISK
INDIA channel
by coming forward for Talk shows, Interview, Webinars, Factory
visits, Showing Major installations at various locations and
explaining how the machine functions. Softdisk is ready for a long
haul, both for educating your prospective customers and showcasing
your product basket.
UPS
cum SOLAR DAY is a festival for all of us, as we celebrate our
bread and butter. A festival with no religious bindings. As
Valentines Day, Mothers day, Fathers day etc. And we have
certainly established a days for a product, definitely a first of
its kind UPS DAY cum Solar Day should reach the masses. I want you
to take this to your all the staff & clients so that the very
importance of making & using a quality UPS is made to
understand. People curse Covid-19, but I have faith in Lord
Ganesha. Earlier, this function was limited to 200 odd guests in a
hall. But this time the pre-edited video was streamed live on our
SOFTDISK INDIA You Tube channel. It was watched by 720 odd people
while live, as I write nearly 1000 views have & growing. My
request is to spread it to your staff and clients. All this when
many companies organized Large Screen Viewing for staff and many
watched on Smart TV's together.
Though
we will be doing physical event once this pandemic is over and
situation becomes normal, we will stream the event live too.
Solar
is best alternative especially for a country like India. Recently
Prime Minister Nareradra Modi Ji, did the Bhoomi Pujan of World's
largest Hybrid Renewable energy power plant spread over 800 Sq Kms
of land in Kutch, expected to produce 30000 MW, at very low price,
no wonder's India is already a leader in Renewable Energy Space.
We at Softdisk are not opposing big solar energy by any means, but
we should do it properly. We should not take away our precious
ecological assets." Floating Solar is a very good solution all
this. We also believe that incentivizing rooftop solar especially
in the commercial sector and public buildings such as schools, and
government offices. "These are great places for installations."
Also corporate should be encouraged for Rooftop Solar especially
in urban cities. Our PM's key word "APADA MEY AVSAR" has
struck a cord of the public at large and is materializing fast.
II
believe, we have come a long way but we still have a lot of
distance to cover, when each & every UPS & Solar company
start recognizing this as the festival of their own. But I have
faith :
THE
UPS & SOLAR Day has started sinking in you, slowly but
steadily.
And
so will flow, THE DAWN . . . . UN-INTERRUPTED.
