Softdisk believes Eaton acquisition MGE-OPS and Phoenixtec by Eaton will help capture this market. MGE OPS acquisition has giving impetus to its already existing Single Phase range of UPS Systems. Companies clientele includes blue-chip names like Global Logic, Inter-Globe Technologies, CDS Technologies, Horizon Technologies, J&K Bank, RBI, IOCL, Bank of India to name a few. The company has been certified by ABS for Manufacturing & Design Assessment.

The company has signed an a strategic alliance agreement with APW President & Uniflaire. More recently the company has entered into distribution agreement with Redignton India Ltd.
