Thrissur, Kerala based Hykon India Limited with a turnover of 102.16 crore has been adjudged the 

• SD’s No. 5 Power Electronic Company for the year, 2023-24.
• SD’s No. 3 Online (Three Phase) Manufacturer of the year.   

The company reported a total turnover of 102.16 crores, a slight decrease from 103.52 crores in 2022-2023. Hykon is determined to enhance this performance and is confident of achieving better results in the coming years. 

Hykon is an ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certified company, also holding CE, BIS Certificate IS 16242-Part 1, OHSAS 18001, ROHS, and ZED certifications. As a pioneer in power electronics, Hykon has diverse interests, including medical transcription, information technology, solar power, energy storage, and electric vehicles. Founded in 1998 by Mr. Christo George, a dedicated technocrat, the company began as a small operation with a working capital of just Rs 50,000 and five employees. Under his leadership, Hykon has experienced significant growth, evolving into a multi-crore turnover company that employs over 368 people in its UPS division alone, including 70 executives focused on marketing and more than 160 service engineers managing Hykon products. The production team consists of 130 trained professionals, and the management board includes eight members, including the Chairman and Managing Director, along with other directors.

Hykon holds ISCRA and CRISIL grading, reflecting its commitment to product quality. The company operates a DSIR-approved R&D lab, where every component undergoes rigorous testing upon arrival. Regular inspections are conducted at various stages of the manufacturing process. All manufacturing processes are handled in-house, with no outsourcing, ensuring a high-quality end product.
