Out of the total turnover of 38.45 crores, 36.73 crores were earned thru sale of 5456 units of online UPS systems. The company also sold 1685 units of Offline UPS systems amounting to 1.14 crores. The company has also ventured into CVT and inverter sales. For Tritronics 19% of revenue is generated thru sale of UPS systems below 3kVA and nearly 75% of revenue comes thru sale of UPS systems between 3 to 10 kVA and only 6% amounts for sale above 10 kVA.

Tritronics UPS systems are designed for unmatched load handling capacity and has option of having additional battery backup time along with charger to achieve faster recharging. These Products are manufactured in state of the art plant located in Delhi, all the sourced components are subjected to rigorous tests at the incoming stage itself. Regular quality control checks at various stages of manufacturing ensure superior quality product.

Tritronics are rapidly enhancing their product range and also expanding geographically. The company’s expertise lies in executing large value and volume orders across the country giving customers a single point of contact. The company operates through a network 55 branches across the length and breath of the country. Tritronics's customers include names like Grindlays Bank, State Bank of India, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, Canara Bank, Punjab National Bank, UCO Bank, Central Bank of India, Singer India Ltd, Department of Posts, Nestle India, LIC among others. Tritronics is also a regular supplier of UPSs to major IT companies such as Pertech Computers, CMC Limited, ACER, Fujitsu ICIM, HCL-HP and Modi Xerox. The OEM accounts for 30% of the revenues and includes big names like, HCL, Compaq, Wipro, Tata Elxsi etc.
